Zalestrim Review

The makers of Zalestrim make some remarkable claims for the “Whole Body Transformation Pill”. It is focused directly towards women, and supposedly will help you lose weight, increase the size and firmness of your bust, and turbo-charge your libido too! Zalestrim is marketed in a very similar way to Carmen Electra’s NV pill – as a one-stop-shop for the problems affecting middle-aged women. Zalestrim contains many of the same fat-burning ingredients as other over-the-counter diet pills, like Green Tea, Ginger, Passion Flower and Magnolia Bark, but it also contains other ingredients that are central to its effects on your body shape and libido.

How Does Zalestrim Work?

Zalestrim has some good ingredients. For example, they have green tea, which is an all too common fat burning ingredient for a reason, it works! But honestly speaking, the fact is that Zalestrim does not actually bother using the clinically proven amount of this. The same pattern follows with many of their other ingredients, and side effects are far more likely than anything else. So we would definitely recommend looking into other options.

Green Tea Extract-a thermogenic form of caffeine, it is also rich in antioxidants like EGCG. However, one should keep in mind that it requires at least 400mg of 50% caffeine considering the fact that caffeine is the actual fat burning component

Ginger Extract-generally used to calm stomach upset, it does not necessarily directly control or promote weight loss.

Black Cohosh-used for premenstrual and menopausal symptoms, black cohosh root stimulates estrogen like effects in the body. But it does not promote weight loss

Cinnamon Extract-a natural blood sugar regulator, it does not promote weight loss.

Dong Quai-a natural herb meant to help you to promote hormonal balance and help to keep estrogen and progesterone levels in the normal range

Damiana leaf-used as a natural energy supplement, it is not effective in actually promoting weight loss without both guarana and yerba mate. However, it has been used in many female supplements, because it has been known to reduce cramping and other symptoms of PMS.

Metabromine Chocolate extract-derived from the theobroma cacao tree, this is used to promote weight loss in some cases providing a euphoric effect.

Soy Isoflavones 40% Extract-soy isoflavones have been used to imitate and mimic the benefits of estrogen. Therefore, it has been used successfully in some diet pills for women

Magnolia Bark-a natural sleep aid, this does not promote weight loss

Passion Flower-a natural relaxant and sleep aid, it is not directly related to weight loss.

Wild Yam Root-it has been used to relieve menopausal symptoms in women, making it useful for a female supplement.

Barberry-a natural superfruit, this is rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and other powerful nutrients meant for various purposes.

Zalestrim Side Effects

Zalestrim side effects include headaches, jitteriness, nervousness, irritability, insomnia, and an elevated heartbeat.
