Tenuate
Tenuate, or Diethylpropion, is used as a short term supplement to diet and exercise in a monitored weight loss program. It is an appetite suppressant that can be addictive so should only be used for a few weeks to avoid forming a habit.
Tenuate works by stimulating your hypothalamus and central nervous system. It increases your blood pressure and heart rate. Similar to an amphetamine, it affects certain neurotransmitters to decrease your appetite.
