Relacore Diet Pills

Relacore reviewThe scientists behind Relacore have identified that stress is a primary cause of weight gain in overweight individuals. Similar to other diet pills such as Cortislim, Relacore aims to reduce weight gain by attacking the symptoms of this stress.

Of course, the best solution would be to eliminate the stress altogether, but we can't all give up our jobs!

The theory goes that excess stress levels lead your body to produce an excess of Cortisol, a nasty hormone that can suppress thyroid function, create blood sugar imbalances and increase fat deposits. Relacore claims that by reducing your levels of Cortisol, it will eliminate some of the belly fat that Cortisol has created.

How Does Relacore Work?

Relacore contains a few of the usual ingredients seen in diet pills, including Calcium, Vitamin C and some B-Vitamins. However, the main ingredient is a proprietary compound named Relacortin, comprised of Magnolia Bark, Passion Flower, Scutellaria, Ginseng, DHEA, Poria, Jujuba and Phospohotidylserine.

Calcium
Calcium has recently been shown to prevent fat storage and raise your metabolism, as well as its other positive effects in preventing osteoparosis.

DHEA
DHEA is the most common hormone in our bodies, but levels start to fall dramatically after 20 years old. DHEA helps the body burn calories for energy, rather than convert them into fat. It has also been used to increase muscle mass, a great way to kickstart your metabolism.

Ginseng
ginseng dietClinical studies have shown that this Chinese supplement increases energy by reducing levels of stress hormones such as Cortisol. These hormones can lead to weight loss, so Ginseng has a doubly beneficial effect.

Magnolia Bark
This herbal supplement helps to reduce your stress, but without making you drowsy. Less street equals less Cortisol, equals less weight gain!

Passion Flower
Passion Flower extract has a calming effect, reducing your body's production of the stress hormone Cortisol, and helping to prevent stress-related weight gain.

Phosphatidylserine
This is a nutrient needed by the Cortisol receptors in the Hypothalamus. Without it, the body cannot identify and correct artificially high levels of Cortisol.

Poria
A fungus used in Chinese medicine to exert a calming effect. Like Passion Flower extract and Magnolia Bark, it will help to reduce your levels of Cortisol.

A herb with a mild sedative and de-stressing action. Sometimes known as skullcap, this is a plant that many readers will find in their garden.

Vitamin B Complex
Vitamin B plays an important part in your metabolism, as it is crucial in converting food to energy, rather than storing it away as fat. In this way, it boosts your metabolism, gives you more energy and helps you burm more calories.

Relacore Side Effects

Relacore does not contain stimulants, so many of the usual side effects of diet pills, like headaches or nervousness, do not apply. In fact there are currently no side effects of Relacore, although there have been no official clinical trials as yet.
