Lowat is a new age patent pending ingredient that has not yet been released to the general public. Using natural Ayurvedic extracts, Lowat has been used so far to target fat and help you to lose twice as much as you would with diet and exercise alone. Weight loss was measurable after just 2 weeks, and the study lasted 8 weeks total. So why should you believe any of this?
Because Lowat has a reputation to uphold. Lowat comes from a lab well known for several different patented ingredients used for weight loss and health promoting benefits. InterHealth is responsible for ingredients like OptiBerry, Protykin, ZMA, and Super Citrimax to name a few, and it’s obvious at least to me that InterHealth knows what they are doing.
Lowat is Unusual
Other InterHealth creations are at least somewhat predictable. Super Citrimax comes from garcinia cambogia, which has been proven to be a strong and effective stimulant free fat burner. And ZMA is a common combination that has been used in many forms to increase muscle mass and improve workouts. But Lowat is different.
Lowat is made up of two ingredients that most have never actually heard of. Piper betle and Dolichos biflorus have not been commonly used to promote weight loss or any other related benefits. In fact, piper betle is better used to treat acne considering its most common applications.
But for whatever reason, when you put these two ingredients together, you get Lowat, an ingredient that has been through clinical trials that show that Lowat can burn fat and help you to lose a significant amount of weight when taken 3 times daily with a 2000 calorie diet.
The Human Trial
So far, there is only one clinical trial that shows that Lowat works. So it could still be a fluke. But most ingredients don’t even have one human trial, only animal trials. In the trial, 50 human subjects were given 900mg a day split up into 3 300mg doses. All were instructed to follow a 2000 calorie a day diet and work out for 30 minutes a day. Subjects lost 9.4 pounds in 8 weeks as opposed to 3.9 pounds with the placebo with a significantly lower BMI and Lowat is completely caffeine free. Not bad.
Conclusion
From what I’ve seen so far, Lowat has great potential, and while it’s not your usual suspect, that may be a good thing. Lowat does not have any stimulants or serious side effects, at least not as far as we can tell. Science is discovering new things every day, and Lowat is one of the best ones.
