Hoodiadrene Review

Hoodiadrene is introduced as the best thermogenic fat burner to hit the market. It’s of course based around an ingredient known as hoodia, and they claim that it will finally help you to suppress appetite and burn fat away from your trouble areas along with of course all other areas that may suffer. They even claim that it builds muscles and otherwise tones your body so that it actually looks good, not bony or soft.

So how does Hoodiadrene actually work?

Hoodiadrene uses a blend of various ingredients. Ironically, most of the ingredients are vitamins or otherwise have nothing to do with weight loss. They even list one ingredient that is often used as a preservative in dog food, not in human food or diet pills, but in dog food! This being said, the few fat burners they do have are found in such small amounts as to be completely inconsequential. So you would be better off using something else.

Vitamin C -a vitamin. It does not promote weight loss, though it could boost your immune system as traditionally thought

Pantothenic acid -an essential vitamin, does not promote weight loss

Vitamin B6 -often used to promote greater energy as an essential vitamin, it does not promote weight loss.

Magnesium -an essential vitamin, does not promote weight loss.

Green tea -a thermogenic form of caffeine, it is also rich in antioxidants like EGCG. However, one should keep in mind that it requires at least 400mg of 50% caffeine considering the fact that caffeine is the actual fat burning component

Advantra-z -a patented form of synephrine, this has been proposed to be the ultimate alternative to ephedrine without the side effects. In some areas, the jury is still out.

Cocoa extract -up until this point in the ingredients list, we were thinking that this formula looks a lot like another formula of theirs. This also comes from chocolate, which their other formula uses as well. But this is more of an antioxidant, not a fat burner.

Acetyl-l-tyrosine -we cannot say it enough. Amino acids do not promote weight loss or build muscles. They feed muscles, big difference!

Yerba mate -when combined with guarana and damiana, this blows up in the stomach and keeps you full for longer. It never burns fat like they claim. This being said, without those other ingredients, it interestingly enough has no affect at all on weight loss. These are the only ingredients we’ve seen like that.

Dl-methionine -it’s used in pet food to some degree. But it really has no uses in human food or diet pills for that matter.

Ginger root-generally used to calm stomach upset, it does not necessarily directly control or promote weight loss.

Quercitin -often used as an antioxidant and anti inflammatory, neither of these lead to weight loss.

Fisetin -a coloring agent, as you can tell not related to weight loss.

DMAE -a brain function enhancer, it has not been proven to promote weight loss.

Grape seed extract -a powerful antioxidant, often used for hair growth. It has not been connected to weight loss.

Hoodia gordonii-hoodia has been hyped in the media on news programs and Oprah. However, had they done any research at all, they would have known that hoodia has actually been disproven in every major study. They tried to patent a form. But being that the original never worked, it failed. And then the South African government made it illegal to export hoodia from South Africa in the first place, the only place in which hoodia gordonii actually grows.
