The Green Tea Fat Burner created by Applied Nutrition claims that you can lose more weight and achieve all the greater results you are looking for. They claim that you will finally be able to increase your metabolism while decreasing your appetite and otherwise seeing all the other results you are looking for. And you can lose 20 pounds fast! Of course, they don’t define fast.

So how does the Green Tea Fat Burner work?

It doesn’t. It relies on one ingredient known as green tea of course. But the reality is that frankly speaking, the green tea does not have enough caffeine, the known fat burner. This being said, they don’t even bother naming all of their ingredients. So realistically speaking, it will not give you the results you are looking for. They definitely have no appetite suppressants among other things. They have long relied on the hype of green tea while abusing that one ingredient. And they really don’t use anything else that would substantiate their claims.

Green tea -this thermogenic fat burner requires at least 400mg. Moreover, to get this, you would also have to get at least 50% caffeine. They have 2% caffeine.

Natural caffeine -natural or not, it still causes side effects. This being said, it requires at least 400mg. They have 160mg.

Essential vitality blend -this does not disclose real ingredients. It doesn’t mean anything.
