How Does Core Cleanse Work?
Core Cleanse does not provide a full ingredients list. They provide a few ingredients they consider to be the most impressive, and they don’t even bother filling you in on the amounts, meaning you can be well assured it won’t actually work, especially considering these really aren’t cleansing ingredients in a cleansing formula. Some would be complimentary to a good cleanse. But first you have to have the basic cleansing ingredients.
Slippery Elm-it has been used for healing wounds, boils, ulcers, burns, and skin inflammation. It has been used orally for coughs, sore throats, diarrhea, and stomach problems.

Psyllium-a natural fiber that has been known to improve and maintain regularity. It has also shown promise in lowering bad cholesterol levels and improving GI function.
Senna-it has been used as an anti inflammatory and laxative. It can cause laxative related problems. However, it does not really cleanse
Lactobacillus Acidophilus-a good bacteria, this has been known to balance out the digestive system and therefore help people to fight certain digestive issues.
