Acai Power claims to provide you with a guarantee and a “free trial offer.” The problem is that “free trial offer” turns into an expensive auto ship program that people in general just don’t like for whatever reason, we couldn’t imagine why not. Still, they claim it will boost energy, shed away unwanted pounds, neutralize free radical damage, and improve mental clarity and focus. But despite bad marketing schemes among other things, the question is, does this product work? Does Acai Power actually give you real weight loss results?
How Does Acai Power Work?
Acai Power is supposed to work its way through the body to effectively get rid of toxic buildup. The only problem with this is the fact that it doesn’t actually have any active toxin fighting ingredients. No, acai does not promote a healthier or cleansed colon. It doesn’t have anything to promote weight loss either.
Psyllium seed -this is a fiber that could promote regularity. But it would not promote weight loss or cleansing effects
Fennel seed -again a fiber, not a cleanser
Buckthorn -found in various different varieties, buckthorn is often thought of as a weed and has no determined values or benefits
Goldenseal -it is often used as a laxative and anti inflammatory. That does not make it useful in cleansing
Cascara Sagrada -it is generally used as a laxative, which does not cleanse the body
Rhubarb root -it has been used as a laxative for over 5000 years, and it can be toxic in large amounts
Licorice -it is usually used to calm stomach upset
Ginger -it is used as a stimulant and carminative, and it is used to disguise the taste of medicines. It may thin blood or reduce cholesterol, but does not cleanse.
Acai -the popular superfruit, acai has vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, but no cleansing abilities.
Acai Power Side Effects
There are no known side effects associated with Acai Power in the ingredients in their amounts except possible diarrhea.
