They claim that it’s an easy breakdown, and he provides a book that will help you along the way. He basicaly gives you the idea that anyone can use, and apparently, all of these 5’s will help you to lose weight and change the way you lookin just 5 weeks. The problem is that frankly speaking, it is not a lifestyle change.
How Does The 5 Factor Diet Work?
It uses the #5. There are 5’s in everything, and basically everything is short, and they keep it simple for simple minds right? So in that way, it’s easy not to fail. But at the same time, it’s only a short term plan, and frankly speaking, these are not things you couldn’t figure out for yourself. You could eat 5 small meals per day. Plenty of internet sources tell you that. In addition, they give you 25 minutes of workout. You should have at least 1 hour of cardio every day!
